Alpha Baking - Teibel's - pending

Hi Christine, That’s a good Question to ask.  I know people who are allergic to nuts and eat our rolls.  They have never had any problems.  However, if you are concerned you can call our baking company, Alpha Baking, http://www.alphabaking.com/contactus.aspx. 773 261 6000.  Hope you Have a great new year.
Thanks,
Rick Smith

I noticed that Peapod here in Chicago is carrying your dinner rolls.  My kids are allergic to tree nuts and peanuts and must avoid cross-contamination in their foods.  Are your dinner rolls safe from potential cross-contamination by tree nut or peanut protein?  I mean to ask you about not just ingredients, but equipment used to manufacture the rolls, as well as any possibility of nut protein particles landing in the dough or in the package during the prep, handling or packaging process.  Please let me know!
thanks,
Christine Young=
